Leksell Bone Rongeur – Fully Curved
double-action, fully curved, 9″ (23.0 cm)Leksell Bone Rongeur is a multi-purpose instrument ideally suited for use in orthopedic procedures of the bone. This instrument is double-action and is slightly curved which allows the jaws to remain in alignment with the bony area it is being used upon while keeping the handle effectively out of the plane of surgery. Also the jaws are slightly scoop shaped which gives this instrument a unique way in which it can cut and reshape bone. It is available in six different jaws widths ranging from 3.0 ? 8.0 mm in 1 mm increments making it well suited for any particular procedures or maneuver.
